The book is currently available in 15 countries and will soon be published in Greece, Japan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Turkey. Not like I'm jealous or anything. Jeesh. But seriously, Esther's book is one that I've been recommending left and right, and if you haven't gotten hold of it yet, and are wondering about the paradox laid out in the book's subtitle, I urge you to run (don't walk) to your nearest local bookstore in pick it up.
